The firm was formed in 1997 originating literally on the kitchen table of the firm’s sole shareholder, Angela Sowell.  The firm grew quickly from a single client to a client database that spans several states (and moved obviously out of the kitchen).  We have worked hard to develop a client base that can benefit from our expertise and personal attention.  Consequently, we have purposely managed the size of our firm so that we can continuously provide much-valued personal attention.  We are willing to take the time to listen and provide value to our clients.  We recognize your voice and remember who you are.  We take care to have internal controls that help us remember the things that our clients need to remember.  There is a lot of knowledge to be gained by looking at a person's tax return and we take the time to look behind the numbers on the form to obtain the best understanding we can of the client and their situation.  We work hard to become our clients trusted advisor and not just someone who fills out forms.  Our philosophy is to focus on building trust, rendering quality services, bringing diversity to the types of services we provide, and maintaining technological skills.  Our mission is to help the small business owner gain a better understanding of the tax and accounting aspects of their business so they have the peace of mind to focus on their customers and to run their business.
