• Rendering Quality Services:  Importance is placed on providing quality services.   To support the desired high level of quality work, the firm provides membership in professional organizations as well as relevant continuing professional education for its employees.
  
  Memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Tax Section of the AICPA, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and the Tulsa Chapter of the OSCPA.
  
  Our firm is also subject to periodic quality reviews performed by an AICPA qualified peer firm.  We have consistently received a “clean” report from the review.
  
  We are a member of a group of CPA sole practitioners that meet twice per month to discuss relevant and current tax matters, business management issues, and a variety of other pertinent topics.  Our group members have a wide range of expertise in many industries and years of experience for the group to draw upon.  This group of CPAs gives us and our clients the advantages of being with a much larger firm with none of the disadvantages of higher fees due to multiple partners and managers being involved.
  
  We would like for you to consider us a part of your team of advisors which may include an attorney, broker or investment advisor, banker, insurance agent, and payroll service.  We have a wide variety of networking sources available for qualified professionals when referrals are necessary.  We do not limit your choices but will provide you with a list of names at your request.
  
  
• Bringing Diversity:  A diverse range of services are provided to individuals and businesses such as service industries, retail, manufacturing, real estate, construction, medical, rental, transportation, restaurants, and others.  We are constantly keeping abreast with new emerging industries.  Some unique industries for which we have provided services are writers of children's books and a jet car racer.   We are experienced and educated about the variety of entities that can be formed for these businesses such as C-Corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies (LLCs), single-member LLCs (SMLLCs), and sole proprietorships.  We stay informed about matters pertaining to individuals, estates, trusts, and non-profit or tax-exempt organizations.  Services are provided to clients who are located all over the United States as well as clients who have foreign activities.
  
  
• Maintaining Technological Skills:  We have current technology available so that we are able to communicate and assist our clients in the most efficient manner.  We own a variety of software that enables our clients to provide information in electronic formats and well as providing our firm with hands on experience to consult with our clients with their technology needs.  We are constantly evaluating our technology, and as new technology is introduced, we examine the affect it has on our clients and our firm and make changes when appropriate.
